Central Scotland School of Jewellery has announced its Autumn/Winter Course Programme, running from September to January 2026. The courses offer a range of practical jewellery-making classes suitable for all skill levels.
Highlights include ‘Introduction to Enamelling’, ‘Cast Setting Masterclass’, ‘Learn to Make Silver Jewellery’, ‘Experimental Sandcasting’, and ‘Silver and Sea Glass Charms.’ These classes provide opportunities for beginner, intermediate, or advanced makers, and on Fridays we open the doors to our bright and spacious studio for our drop-in sessions, bringing you all of the advantages of a fully equipped jewellery studio but without the long term commitment.
Our team of experienced and friendly tutors are here to support budding jewellers of all ability levels, from those who are looking to take up a new hobby, to those looking to expand on their existing skills in a welcoming and supportive space. Learn a new skill from scratch and walk away with a completed piece of jewellery in just a day or two in our varied programme of weekend workshops, or sign up for a regular afternoon or evening class to build a repertoire of techniques. As well as group workshops we offer a range of bespoke experiences, from make your own wedding rings, to corporate team building days and private parties. We also do gift vouchers for any amount, so you can give the gift of craft to the person who has everything!
Leading by example we educate future makers by highlighting environmental best practice, such as recycling precious metals, and we are on a journey towards transforming the School into a hub for ethical making.
