Edinburgh Open Workshop offers pay-as-you-go access to fabrication space, build space, rehearsal space, meeting rooms, and office / studio hire with long and short term storage options. A variety of group classes and workshops are available for all capabilities in woodworking, metal work, textiles and screen printing, as well as one-to-one tuition options. 

Facilities include:

– A private multi-use open plan space (9m X 18m), flooded with natural light, with its own meeting room and access to a kitchen. Hireable for £50 for a 4-hour session, £100 for a day; multi-day rates available.

– A fully kitted workshop for woodwork, metalwork, textiles, printing, and painting. Spaces start at £25 for a 4-hour session, £50 for a day.

– An on-site cutting service and custom commission options mean you can streamline or outsource aspects of your build saving you time and hassle.

– Flexible storage options (open plan shelving, pallets, and lockable containers) starting from £2 per day.
