We’ve got three fantastic spaces available for makers, joiners, and furniture designers looking for a creative, fully equipped workspace in the new year:

Studio 1
A bright, cosy studio (3.7m x 3m) on the second floor, shared with jewellers and robotics engineers. It’s perfect for a single maker or a snug space for two, and offers a calm working environment. 

Studio 5
A cosy, light-filled studio (3.7m x 2.6m) just next to the kitchen on the ground floor. Perfect for one or two makers sharing. 

Both spaces have access to the main workshop, discounted hire of our PAYG facilities, and all resident perks – perfect if you don’t need constant access to the workshop floor.

Resident Bay 2
This spacious bay (3m x 4m) sits right on the main workshop floor, giving you immediate 24/7 access to our well-equipped workshop in the heart of Leith. Rent includes full shared use of all equipment on the main workshop floor and discounted hire of our PAYG facilities. Suitable for 1-2 makers who want to be in the heart of the action!
